Include your keywords
Don't go overboard with this, but include your keywords or keyphrases on all of your page. And don't forget to create a very enticing and descriptive title.
Some examples:
Title: "Why I'm Having a Cheesy Day" is not SEO friendly.
A better one is: "The ACNE Effects on Self Esteem"
Bad title: "What I Learned Today on a Museum Trip "
Better search engine optimized title: "Teaching Your Child To Be Disciplined"
If all other things are equal, even the content, then the search engines will better understand the search engine optimized titles.
There are a lot of tools available to find the keywords that people on the Net are searching for.

So, where would you insert your keywords
First, start with naming your page after your main keyword. Use synonyms every now and then and stay consistent.
In the Meta Tags we often start losing people. But it's not difficult at all. Actually it's very simple and we like to keep it that way.
If you look at the source of a new page you've created, you'll see a title-tag in the heading like this –
<title>Title of Your Page</title>
If you simply replace Title of Your Page by your title, then you're done! That's all.
For instance:
<title>On-site Search Engine Optimization</title>
The other tag in the meta section that you should really alter is the Description tag. It will look something like this and fall immediately after the <title> tag.
<META NAME="Description" CONTENT="Add something useful and enticing here">
Simply add a short description of the page in there in plain English, and include the words you used in your title tag.
An example:
<META NAME="Description" CONTENT="Creating search engine friendly webpages is called on-site search engine optimization.">
That's it.
Now, in the body of your page, be sure to use header ( <h1>) tags around your title. It'll look like this:
<h1>On-site Search Engine Optimization</h1>
There is lots of information we could get into, but to make your pages se-friendly, those are the quick and essential tips you should know.
