I'm sure you must have seen that a thousand times by now. And here's another one! Well, maybe this one is different. It's the truth about making money online!.
First, if you're looking for a get rich quick system, here's my advice:
leave this site to type that phrase into the search box of your favorite engine. No hard feelings.It just doesn't exists, so I don't write about it. I wish you success.
Second, whatever your niche or topic is: you CAN make money online!
How much you can make highly depends on the niche you're in, the competition there, your dedication to succeed, the time you spend and your skills in internet marketing. Let me explain.
My 'niche' is Internet marketing. That barely is a niche. It's completely overcrowded with hardly any space to manouvre, while a niche means a little, specialized marketplace that is yet to be exploited. So, if you're thinking about making money in Internet marketing you may want to reconsider this. This 'niche' is completely filled.
That also means, that competition is fierce. EVERYBODY and his dog is entering this marketplace.
That makes it very difficult for prospects (that we all are targeting) to separate the wheat from the chaff. There's an immense information overload and people have a real hard time to decide what's good and what's bad. They have to wade through tons of info before they can make the right decision. It would be a lot easier to do so in a not so overcrowded niche.
In contrast to the get rich quick systems, making money on the Internet definitely requires dedication and perseverance. Your absolute, never ending commitment to succeed.
And since you've been reading up till here I tell you something else. You'll definitely need something people in general are very reluctant to use: your brains. You don't have to be a genious. Just common sense. You have to apply that while setting up strategies and in situations we can not foresee. Believe me, despite all the sincere advice you can get on the Net, there still is a lot we cannot anticipate.
You can make a living online while working part-time. It definitely is very do-able. Part time here means: a certain number of days, weeks of even months as much as possible and then, when your online venture is set up, spend less time. Because setting things up the right way requires time. And before you can do that, you'll have to learn how to do it right.
What's even more difficult in Internet marketing are the skills you'll need. Since competition is fierce, only the most talented marketers with excellent online marketing skills can make some money. That's the only way of getting noticed. In my niche there are quite a few savvy Netpreneurs. You should see the immense hurdes that flock around them. You've got to have excellent marketing skills to stay ahead of them.
So ......find your own (little) niche!
