If you promote affiliate programs, the best way to go is with residual income programs, also known as recurring income. While Clickbank is a popular market place and affiliate marketers like to promote Clickbank products, there's nothing that beats residual income. I'll explain why. Read the article below. Enjoy! Case Residual Income, Multiple Income Streams - Recurring Money!I don't understand why so few people promote residual income affiliate programs. For the same effort you put in the promotion campaign, instead of making a one-time profit (linear income), with residual income programs you can earn a recurring income.Yes, I know Clickbank is very popular, because it's so easy to use. Just pick a product and insert your Clickbank ID. Now all you have to do is target your audience, write an ad, article or a review, gently insert your affiliate URL into it and presto .... You're done! Hey, you didn't hear me say that this isn't good. Actually it is! I'm doing this myself sometimes, when I recognize a super deal like this one: The Ultimate SuperTip. It's by far the greatest viral marketing idea of all time! But .... Our most precious commodity is time. If you don't use it well, you'll lose. So, if you're setting up a promotion campaign, why not do it for a program that pays you residual income? One that pays you over and over again frequently. You need to invest the same time, the efforts on your part are the same only .... the profits are higher. Now think about this: If you can set up multiple income streams using residual programs then after some time you'll make a nice income. Next, answer this question: What do you prefer?
Where to find residual income programs? First, you can have a look at services everybody on the Internet needs like web hosting, autoresponder follow up services, tracking programs and that sort of stuff. Personally I prefer Midphase for cheap hosting. Host4Profit is a little pricier than MidPhase because they offer what they call 'plug-in profit sites', but they pay higher referral commissions than MidPhase. For autoresponder services I prefer AWeber because I believe their delivery rates are the highest, but you can also have a look at Email Aces, Getresponse and A1Biz. One of the best programs to promote is SiteBuildIt. You can do so through the SiteSell 5 Pillars Affiliate Program. This is one of the very best affiliate programs on the Net and for SiteBuildIt it pays your residual income annually. Second, look at some membership sites. I've been quite successful promoting ISORegister, a site where you can get tracking services, follow-up autoresponders, URL rotators and online training. It's a great site combining a lot of things website owners really need. Nicheology is well know for its great content. But unfortunately there's a waiting list. One of the best ways to generate traffic and income is by doing joint ventures. JV-Alert is a community where you can meet big names with large lists. And they pay a nice residual income! But there are also smaller membership sites. Good ones that deliver high quality information. They're not too expensive and that's often reason why they have lots of members, many of them inactive but too lazy to unsubscribe because it's little money. One of these sites is The Nettle Magazine from David Congreave in the UK. Very nice, clean and good information. David allowed me to invite you for free for a one month trial. Check it out! Another one is from Tuks Engineer. It's called Digital Resale Rights and you can find thousands of dollars in exclusive resale rights and private label rights. The residual income per month for these services isn't very high, but it can add up quickly. You can also have a look at lifetimecommissions.com/. I've visited the site last week and some resources are a bit outdated, but it's still a great way to find residual income streams. And finally, you can also search the engines. Look for 'residual income', 'life time customers', 'life time commissions', 'recurring income' and so on and add 'affiliate programs' to the search terms. One last remark. Many people think that a 2-tier affiliate program is another form of residual income. Maybe. Maybe not. I've done that, even multi-level marketing. But the problem with affiliate programs is that less than 5% of the affiliates really make money. So, if you're going this route you will need many sub-affiliates, you must be a great mentor and coach and put a lot of time in it. If you can, by all means try it. Personally I prefer to rely on my own marketing capacities to earn a residual income. Make your multiple recurring income streams a success, ![]() P.S. Would you like to do me a favor?
